I dont know!

I also do shrugs wirh 100Kg 6 reps of 4 sets
squat 65Kg 10 reps of 4 sets (this is my weekest disipline)
dead lift 100kg 7 reps 4 sets
clean and jerk 60 Kg 5 reps of 4 sets
pull ups body weight=77Kg 15 reps of 4 sets
bent over rows 50Kg of 4 sets
curls between 18 and 20 Kg 8 reps of 4 sets

I can lift more if it was a 1 off lift but their the weights i train with at the min
